Design ConceptWe insist on using environmentaly friendly and ROHS-compliant raw materials for both surface and interior. The surface of AA31 series adopts advanced 1680D Nylon material which has high density and strength. It is strong enough to prevent the bag from wear and tear. Moreover, there’s waterproof coating on the nylon surface and PVC coating on the opposite side, which ensures that no rain or water can infiltrate into the bag. Patented DesignInspired by the shape of water-drop and considering the size and characteristics of the instrument, the design of AA31 is unprecedented fashion and elegant and has won the Patent (ZL 2015 3 0058967.0). 360-Degree ALL-ROUND Impact ProtectionAA31 is constructed with PP board in the top and back plus ABS hollow board of excellent mechanical properties in the sides(Foxing), whether it falls vertically or horizontally, the impacts can be quickly dispersed to the whole construction of the bag.
AA31 features a big neck suspension protection system, your instrument is firmly in place and the headstock is fully protected against backward drops and side-to-side impact. There’s a 40mm bottom pad inside which can be taken out or adjusted to suit for the guitars and basses of different sizes, it provides the extra cushioning from the outside vertical impacts.
Premium QualityThe handle which has the high-density memory foam inside is fixed by zinc alloy rivets in the overall structure of the bag; The shoulder straps with the ergonomic S-type design and firm sewing process is very strong and sturdy, which is capable of carrying much heavier than the instrument itself.
The foot pad is made with PVC hard-wearing molecules in wavy shapes to resist rub and aging. The zippers of all series have been zipped and unzipped over 8000 times and passed through the mechanical testing.
