Solid protection
Not the lightest of cases, it’s made of strong plastic with a granite coating. It’s good in absorbing shocks while remaining scratch free. With three handles that are rather sturdy: one on the side of the cello body, on the top of the neck and another one of the front. Wheels are solidly built in to make it roll easily on different surfaces.
Lifetime guarantee
According to SKB’s warranty policy for this product, if this case malfunctions outside your fault, “SKB will supply replacement parts, repair the case, or replace your case for as long as you own it” (just remember to have your proof of purchase ready and be prepared to pay the shipping costs!).
Cello fits tightly
With padding to both of the cello’s sides, the cello snugly fits in, which takes above average amount of effort. Which means that your instrument won’t be walking around in this case!

Downsides
Two important downsides to note.
First, there are no straps or attachments for straps on it. So don’t expect to be able to strap it on your back.
Second, it’s not entirely waterproof. You might have to fix that yourself with a bit of water resistant tape along the edges or something like that, which will probably be clumsy unless you’re real skilled at that type of thing.
